There was a few "flaws" that i found with the runecrafting system

• Astral Runes are made at 40 in runescape, on this server it says you need 77. When I got 77 I tried to make some, but instead I got 28 blood runes.
• For blood runes each run there is 29,120xp( Sounds like A LOT, it's not) it's taken 4 hours or so just to get to 81. Could you please buff the rate and make it up to 40k? or 35k please.
