fishing and cooking issue

Hey guys there's is and issues that i can't fish anything and can't cook anything i tried using every fishing spot i could but nothing happens, and i tried to cook some food on a range and still nothing happened(by the way i tried to use raw chicken on the range ). So please can you guys fix this please thank you
